Once we confirm the launch date, Download the DIP App from the App Store and follow our easy setup instructions to start sending your packages through our network of Dippers which is the name of our Delivery Helpers who come from all walks of life. The App offers QR Code technologies to securely manage the safe delivery of your package. Senders can choose between Premium Delivery (Packages delivered Hand to Hand and require QR Code scan between Dipper and Receiver to confirm payment for the delivery) or they can choose Standard Delivery where the goods are delivered to the nominated location. You can track your deliveries and in some cases, the Receiver can pay to redirect the original nominated delivery location to another proposed address if their situation changes as we can issue revised QR Codes to track the security of your delivery.
